Executive Car enables your customers to book jobs with you online from their laptop, tablet or smartphone. They simply fill out a form specifying the type of job, the pick-up location and drop-off locations along with dates, times and any other important information.

Your customer can see a list of all jobs they have previously requested. Existing jobs can be copied as a straight copy for a similar trip or as a return leg.

Online job requests will reduce your administration time answering customer calls and appeal to customers who prefer online requests over phone calls.

Accept Reject
Jobs

As jobs arrive you have the ability to accept or reject them. You can view all the jobs that are in the system. When you click on a job it drills down into the details of the job where you can accept, decline or cancel the job with comments.

For accepted jobs you also enter the price that you have quoted.

For jobs that must be rejected due to lack of availability or other business reason you can specify notes that automatically get emailed back to your client.

A full database of all jobs is maintained within the system.
